16 Nov “TANGIBLE CLOUD”
A group from ACD LA HOYA (Joan, Ivan, Ferran, Lidia, Laura y Jose) are taking part in a youth exchange “TANGIBLE CLOUD” in Guadalupe.
Today was an exhausting day! We spent the whole day trekking and exploring the island. To start with, we did a quick warm-up before leaving our camp, got on the bus and travelled for about half an hour. The bus stopped next to a path that led into the mountains towards a wild area. We chose the 1h 30min path to reach a waterfall, which was difficult as it was marked by many obstacles such as rocky and muddy areas. After suffering a total of 0 losses among our ranks, we managed to reach the waterfall where we took some great photos and swam for a while. We took the same path back, this time faster, to get to the camp by bus. We were able to wash our shoes and eat before resting for a couple of hours and going to the beach. Once we had rested, we gathered our things and headed to the beach by bus, where we had free time to swim and relax. At 6:30 p.m., we returned to the camp, had dinner, and, being so exhausted, went to sleep.
The project is co-funded by the Erasmus + program.
